Experience: Minimum 10+ years.Roles & Responsibilities:We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) Developer to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud. The role focuses on unifying customer data, building identity resolution strategies, enabling segmentation, and supporting real-time personalization across Salesforce platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform / Data 360) solutions within the Salesforce ecosystemConfigure and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (CRM, APIs, data lakes, external systems)Develop and maintain data models, data streams, and data harmonization rulesImplement identity resolution and customer profile unificationBuild and manage calculated insights, segments, and audience activation workflowsIntegrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external applicationsDevelop data transformations using SQL, Data Cloud Query Language, or other toolsEnsure data governance, quality, and compliance across datasetsWork with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsSupport real-time and batch activation use cases (e.g., personalization, campaigns, analytics)Troubleshoot and optimize Data Cloud configurations and performanceSalary Range- $110,000-$125,000 a yearLocation: Charlotte, NCJob Function: TECHNOLOGYRole: EngineerJob Id: 424620
