Experienced Corporate Capital Markets Associate sought to join a leading Am Law 100 Corporate Practice group.
Key responsibilities
Experience in sophisticated corporate finance transactions, including public and private securities offerings, as well as general corporate and corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills and desire to be part of a nationally recognized practice while working in a collegial environment.
Salary/Benefits
$215k - $330k

Key Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of corporate securities and capital markets experience. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required.
