Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's goals, needs, and limitations.
• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans aimed at restoring optimal movement and function.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and personalized attention to each individual.
• Provide interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to enhance mobility and strength.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Document all aspects of patient care meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, along with experience in developing comprehensive exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to efficiently document patient care and manage records.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
