Position Highlights

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients thoroughly and tailor personalized therapy strategies that align with their specific rehabilitation goals

• Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously alongside other healthcare professionals, including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff, to deliver well-rounded patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones in understanding rehabilitation techniques to nourish continued progress beyond therapy sessions
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient development through diligent documentation and modify care approaches as needed to remain aligned with their recovery journey

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized and accredited institution
• Encouragement of continuous education and additional certifications

Licensure

• Possess a current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
