We're a small, fast-paced team looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) who takes ownership of customer relationships and treats client satisfaction as the top priority. This role is the primary point of contact for our customers — by phone, email, and in person. You'll guide clients through their projects, answer questions about our products and services, handle quotes and payments, and keep work moving through the shop.
