Senior Intake Specialist

Hillstone Law is a dynamic, fast-growing law firm seeking an experienced and driven Senior Intake Specialist to join our team. The Intake Specialist should be highly self-motivated and passionate about closing leads, with a strong drive to convert prospects into clients. Prime Location in Westwood : Our office is situated in the heart of Westwood, a thriving and fun area. Responsibilities include : Conduct thorough screenings of potential case leads, gathering and documenting pertinent case information. Coordinate the seamless sign-up of new clients. Assess client needs and providing accurate information about the firm's services. Establish clear, empathetic communication with potential clients. Lead intake calls to gather and document pertinent case information. Regularly update case files with new client information. Required Skills & Qualifications : At least 1 year of experience in personal injury intake or a closely related field preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, including both verbal and written communication required. Proficient in computer applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Strong attention to detail, ensuring the accurate processing of client information and adherence to firm protocols. Experience with FileVine, Lead Docket, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
