Position: Casting Grinder
Pay: $20.00/hr
Shift: 1st - 5:00 am – 3:15 pm, Monday – Thursday
Location: Pewaukee, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Casting Grinder to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Inspect castings for visible defects and notify supervisors of major issues
- Grind and smooth casting surfaces to meet specifications
- Inspect internal passages for obstructions and irregularities
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Keep air tools and equipment in proper working condition
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Entry-level position; previous foundry or manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to learn grinding techniques and foundry procedures
- Ability to follow safety rules and instructions
Skills:
- Overhead crane operation
- Grinding and surface finishing techniques
- Use of air tools and abrasive media
- Inspection and defect detection
- Station maintenance and cleaning
