If you're passionate about Hospitality and ready to make a lasting impact, we invite you to become part of our team.What will you be doing:Set up and stock the bar daily, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce.Maintain stock, cut, and store fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure quality.Greet guests, take food and drink orders, mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.Serve food at the bar and take tables when neededUnderstand food and drink menu, wine list, ingredients, preparation, and service.Efficiently use POS and manage bar inventory.Handle cash transactions, verify charges, and process guest checks.Perform general cleaning tasks using standard products to meet health standards and maintain glassware.Must adhere to all State, Federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.Other duties as assigned such as assisting security with disorderly guests and acting as a server when guests want to be served in the bar area.What we are looking for:At least two years of bartending or bar service experience in a fine dining outlet.Must be available to work weekend nights.Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.Must have a high level of knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer. Must be able to recite vintages, regions, and multiple levels of liquor.Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate. Bartending certificate required.
