The Restaurant Manager Hospitality Manager oversees daily operations of a busy restaurant with a large team of 15+ employees. This role ensures high-quality customer service, efficient staff management, and smooth coordination of food and beverage services. The manager supports marketing initiatives and maintains compliance with industry standards to promote a positive dining experience and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a large team of 15+ staff members
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee inventory control and budget management
- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate supply orders
- Ensure quality assurance across food, beverage, and catering services
- Handle conflict resolution within the team and with customers
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Support marketing initiatives to drive restaurant business
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
