About the Role:

Join the vibrant team at Baron Art Tattoo Studio as a Receptionist! In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth operations in our creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.

Perform basic studio cleaning and maintenance.

Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Assist tattoo artists with administrative tasks as needed.

Manage client records and ensure confidentiality.

Promote studio services and products to enhance customer experience.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a similar role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of tattoo culture is a plus.

Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.

Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
