You've spent 15+ years in meaningful senior leadership roles. You've owned significant responsibility for strategy, people, financial performance, and business results. You've led leaders, not just individual contributors. You've operated a business at meaningful scale, ideally $10M+ in revenue. You can earn the trust of a CEO, ask the hard questions, and help move a leadership team toward action. You enjoy developing leaders and facilitating strategic conversations. You have a strong professional network and are comfortable creating opportunities through relationships. You're ready to make Petra your next professional chapter, not another side gig. You're based in the U.S. and have convenient access to a major airport. Experience as a solo coach, consultant, trainer, fractional executive, speaker, or advisor can be valuable, particularly when paired with substantial operating and leadership experience. What You'll Do Build Your Petra Practice Develop trusted relationships, leverage your network, ask for introductions, partner with Petra's Sales and Marketing team, and build toward a portfolio of approximately 10 to 15 member companies. This isn't a cold-calling role. You believe in the work, enjoy building relationships, and are comfortable creating opportunity. Advise CEOs & Leadership Teams Help CEOs and leadership teams navigate strategy, growth, execution, organizational challenges, and leadership decisions. Develop Leaders Coach and develop executives and emerging leaders around communication, accountability, delegation, feedback, conflict, decision making, and performance. Lead the Member Company Experience Lead strategy meetings, planning sessions, leadership development, and ongoing advisory work while partnering with a Petra Accountability Coach to drive execution and accountability. Work Alongside Your Members This is a face-to-face role. You'll travel approximately 40% of your time throughout the U.S. Some months may involve traveling twice. Other months may involve traveling three of the four weeks. What Makes Petra Different You don't have to build an advisory business from scratch. You'll also partner with a Petra Accountability Coach who helps drive execution and value for your members. You bring the experience, judgment, relationships, and perspective. We'll teach you the Petra way. About the Money This is a W2 role with benefits and anannual draw against commissions while you build your book. Earning potential is uncapped, with a target path of approximately: Year 1: $150K Year 2: $250K Year 3: $400K+ The path to $400K+ is real , but it requires fully stepping into the role, building a strong member company portfolio, creating relationships and opportunities, and delivering meaningful results.
