Paid Social Strategist

Location: Framingham, MassachusettsJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 45 per hourOur Fortune client in the retail space is looking for a Paid Social Strategist to support the Digital Marketing Manager on the strategy, execution, optimization, and analysis of paid social campaigns on their In-House media buying team.Duration is 3 months.Responsibilities:Build Digital Marketing ExpertiseDemonstrate Paid Social subject matter expertise, communicate clearly with stakeholders, proactively solve problems, take ownership of campaign execution, reporting, and continuously seek opportunities to improve results.Stay current on Paid Social platform capabilities, industry trends, and emerging opportunities, bringing recommendations and new ideas to the team.Identify opportunities and share insights, best practices, and recommendations with internal teams to improve campaign performance.Participate in cross-functional digital marketing knowledge sharing and education.Drive Results (Plan, Execute, Measure)Manage day-to-day activation and execution of all paid social campaigns from setup through launch and reporting, serving as primary point-of-contact with planning / brand teams.Lead reporting, monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to ensure performance goals are met.Support Paid Social Manager with media planning and strategyLead and oversee campaign processes, documentation, and partner communications on trafficking, campaign management, reporting, and optimizations.Innovative thinker with demonstrated experience in identifying and executing A/B tests to improve performance.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate effectively across Planning, Measurement, Creative, Brand Marketing, agency, and platform partners while maintaining a solution-oriented mindset and delivering high-quality work.Partner with creative teams on best practices, briefs and feedback to ideate content to drive results.Work closely with and train Digital Marketing Specialist on campaign execution and platform management.Collaborate with In-House buying team (paid search, affiliate, online video) on cross-channel strategy and execution.Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with platform partners and external vendors.Qualifications:3-4 years of hands-on paid social media planning and buying experience.Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager required, experience with Pinterest and TikTok a plus.Retail and/or performance marketing experience is a plus.General understanding of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics).Team player who is collaborative while being an effective communicator.Ability to interpret and analyze data and present it to a variety of stakeholders.Results driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.Excellent project management skills.Agile worker in fast-paced environment.Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required, particularly Excel.Related experience with a media agency, vendor or client-side media/marketing.Additional experience with executing and measuring various forms of digital media is a plus.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.JOBID: JN -092026-147080#LI-CELLA#LI-MM9Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
