Solution Architect (SAP BW/BI)

Solution Architect (SAP BW/BI) Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. – Stratham, New Hampshire Responsible for leading SAP BW/BI analytics solution implementations and product adoptions and driving the analytics strategy across the organization. Analyze, design, develop, and support initiatives to deliver SAP BW/BI solutions, enabling end‑user reporting capabilities as well as advanced reporting development and data analysis by power users and business intelligence analysts. Responsibilities Analyze business needs and deliver solutions leveraging SAP product capabilities. Act as primary liaison for functional departments, providing clear direction and accountability to ensure delivery of analytics solutions that drive business success. Lead hands‑on development and implementation of BW/BI solutions for complex business units, including retail store operations, product distribution and supply chain, and financials. Define KPIs and develop reports and dashboards to track business performance. Define technical and functional standards and ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, and business requirements, adhering to best practices. Provide daily operational support for application and BI infrastructure, including platform support, monitoring, capacity and utilization management, application security, end‑user support, training and documentation. Develop and document technical architecture and system design. Execute and lead testing processes (unit and integration testing). Assist in management of third‑party vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and adherence to quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related degree. 8 years of experience in any IT position, including data warehousing and business intelligence. Demonstrated experience in business requirements analysis, application design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance. Demonstrated experience with BW/4HANA and SAP BI tools (Analysis for Office, Business Objects). Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, or SAP BTP. Experience in complex SAP environments.
