Staff Product Engineer, Opto-Mechanical Modules

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience working in a product engineering role for display or semiconductor products. 3 years of experience in technical leadership. Experience setting product specifications (ERS/ICD), designing characterization experiments (DOE), and defining production binning and calibration strategies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience working in a product engineering role for display or semiconductor products. 3 years of experience in technical leadership. Experience setting product specifications (ERS/ICD), designing characterization experiments (DOE), and defining production binning and calibration strategies. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Optical Sciences, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 12 years of industry experience specializing in product engineering or module integration for AR/VR displays, optical engines, or high-precision optoelectronic systems. Deep technical expertise in electro-optical module integration, encompassing optical, mechanical, semiconductor, quality, reliability, and thermal domains. Advanced proficiency with statistical data modeling and automation tools (JMP, Python, MATLAB, SQL, R) for yield modeling, parametric analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations.
