Support, lead and further build the Global Physical Security Maintenance program which includes:a) Traditional security hardware and systems;b) All things physical security IoT;c) Converging global video management;d) Physical and virtual security identity and access management into the business, lead all things physical security maintenance and IoT wise. How leveraging technology could enhance all aspects of the business from cameras monitoring production areas, to access control and systems that would protect our critical infrastructure. Requires engagement and understanding of enterprise cyber security (process, aspects and requirements). Security technologies will continue to grow and expand whereas this role is necessary to ensure Mosaic stays up to date and optimize current technologies.What will you do?Manage the daily global security maintenance operations: This entails building and managing a global team of technicians/technical professionals (contractor and employee); to oversee the security maintenance and management of the security technology programs/platforms. Develop and maintain Mosaic’s global security technology infrastructure. Routinely audit and monitor compliance with Mosaic IT & Cyber Security standards and policies.Oversee and directly liaison with the contract security integrators / technical service providers across Mosaic Globally and close collaboration with the Security Convergence for Brazil (and LATAM). Manage the service delivery of various servers, databases, both physical and virtual, and provide subject matter expertise and technical support services.Work with Mosaic Global Network team to design and support security convergence systems which are critical to operations as all security technologies reside on the Mosaic Global network. Provides technical information and any other relevant information requirements for new systems and integration across Mosaic Globally.Provides subject matter expertise across all facets of security technology and the interoperability of systems at the macro- level (global operations) to the micro level (site edge devices). Manage and build out the global security maintenance team across all sites globally, including the management of those contracts.Manage the security maintenance contractor ecosystem (from ticketing to (re)solutioning).Provides analytical reports to Mosaic corporate security team when required.Provides project development, design, programming, and execution of systems across North America.Responds to and develops measures and procedures for regulatory requirements for National Critical Infrastructure protection. Keep current with security alerts, advisories, assess risk and lead Mosaic teams toward an appropriate response from technology.Maintain ownership of all security technology related documents, policies and procedures, projects and other technology document control processes. Produce and maintain a detailed knowledge articles and “how too” documents of all critical, key physical security systems in Mosaic (Genetec, Alert Enterprise, Kantech, Milestone etc.).Document all knowledge related to Mosaic Global Security systems and hardware being used in a user manual format.Conduct other miscellaneous tasks that may require traveling in the region and globally as per Mosaic Corporate security requirements.Overall Physical Systems to be maintained and managed:Milestone & Genetec Video Management System.Access Control Systems: Genetec, Telematica, Rhonda.Physical Identity Access Management System: Alert Enterprise.Lobby Works Visitor Management System (until replaced with Genetec or Alert Enterprise).TechSphere Biometric Management System.In Coordination with Mosaic IT & Cyber Departments – Manages the Physical Security Servers, Network Support, IP Addresses, Integration, System Upgrades, Licensing, Password and IT Security Requirements.Service, Break-Fix Support, Vendor Coordination, System Design, Client Support, Video Extraction and Evidence Preservation, Server Clusters, Database and Data Retention, Document Retention.What do you need for this role?Bachelors Degree required, with a major in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Any IT Related Degree, Security Systems Management or related field10+ years of Security Maintenance, Security Integrator (company that provides security maintenance services), IT or Cyber Security related work experience with multi-site responsibilities and multiple access control systems.Certified to work on current mosaic physical security systems preferredExperience interpreting and implementing physical security and risk management requirements.Knowledge of Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Travel Security best practice.Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in an agile, extremely high-paced and ever evolving daily work environment.
