Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couple, and family counseling to clients with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders. Conduct ASAMs, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. Offer crisis intervention and case management, connecting clients to vital community resources. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency standards. Collaborate with colleagues, community partners, and other service providers to ensure holistic care. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical expertise and cultural competence. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related human services/health field. Licensed or unlicensed clinicians welcome (LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC). ASAM certification required. Experience or internship in counseling, preferably with clients facing substance use challenges. Strong skills in crisis intervention, writing, communication, and culturally responsive care.
