Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP ABAP Web Dynpro & FPM Technical Lead / Senior Developer on behalf of our client in Remote. This role is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP Web Dynpro ABAP and Floorplan Manager (FPM) applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in object-oriented ABAP development, SAP enhancement frameworks, and custom UI development, while collaborating closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP Web Dynpro ABAP applications to support business requirements.

• Build and customize user interfaces, navigation flows, pop-ups, event handling, and application configurations.

• Develop controller logic, component interfaces, context management, and application-level enhancements.

• Configure and customize SAP Floorplan Manager (FPM) applications, including UIBBs, feeder classes, event processing, and screen flow management.

• Extend and enhance standard SAP functionality using BAdIs, User Exits, and SAP Enhancement Framework techniques.

• Develop object-oriented ABAP solutions focused on scalability, maintainability, and performance.

• Design and maintain custom database tables, reporting solutions, data validations, and database operations.

• Analyze technical requirements and provide solution recommendations aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, coding best practices, and performance optimization guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP Object-Oriented Programming .

• Hands-on expertise with SAP Web Dynpro ABAP Development .

• Proven experience with SAP Floorplan Manager (FPM) configuration and development.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Enhancement Framework , including BAdIs, User Exits, and Implicit/Explicit Enhancements.

• Experience with custom UI development, navigation management, and event-driven application design.

• Proficiency in data modeling, custom table development, reporting, and database operations.

• Ability to perform technical analysis, solution design, and application architecture activities.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP technical development initiatives or serving as a technical lead.

• Exposure to large-scale SAP implementation, enhancement, or support projects.

• Experience working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

• Knowledge of SAP performance tuning and application optimization
