This contract position offers 37.5 hours per week, serving a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Washington SLP license
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
• Candidates holding SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status encouraged to apply
• School-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students on your caseload
• Complete evaluations and re-evaluations, including report writing
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student success
• Document and track student progress and maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Participate in staff and IEP meetings as assigned
• Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs across various grade levels
