Senior Pharmacy Benefits ConsultantWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) team at Marsh People & Investments (formerly known as Mercer). This role can be based in one of or Marsh People & Investments offices and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week either in the office or at a client site.What can you expect?This is a tremendous opportunity to be a part of one of our fastest growing specialty practices. The Senior Pharmacy Benefits Consultant is a critical addition to the Managed Pharmacy practice at Marsh. The applicable base salary range for this role is $151,000 to $302,500.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
