Job OverviewFairview is seeking Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Prior Lake. Located in a desirable lakes community in the south metro, this thriving outpatient practice serves a growing, community-based patient population across all ages in a welcoming, family-friendly setting. Providers enjoy a collaborative care model and strong system support.Position Overview:The Family Medicine Physician will examine, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages for acute injuries, infections, and illnesses, while also providing preventive care and counseling patients and families on acute and chronic conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, team-based care model focused on high-quality outcomes and patient-centered care.Practice Details:12-provider primary care practice with lab, xray and pharmacy onsiteAverage 18 patient encounters per dayCall Frequency: Approximately 1:23 (low intensity, phone consultation only with first-tier nurse triage)Opening: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) or less with flexible scheduling (34 patient contact hours per week)Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examsDevelop differential diagnoses and order appropriate diagnostic testingProvide preventive, acute, and chronic disease managementPrescribe medications and administer vaccinationsInterpret diagnostic results and implement treatment plansRefer patients to specialists as appropriateMaintain accurate and timely medical documentationParticipate in cross-coverage and care coordinationCollaborate within a multidisciplinary care teamEngage in quality improvement initiatives and system-based practicesEnsure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standardsCommunity Information: M Health Fairview Clinic - Prior Lake | M Health Fairview.
