Human Resources Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator , you will support daily human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and employment laws. You’ll serve as a resource for team members and leadership, helping to foster a positive and productive work environment. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the go-to resource for our hotel's employees, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive work environment.


• Your daily tasks will include assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records.


• You will report to the Director of Human Resources or HR Manager.


• A career as an HR generalist can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as HR manager, director of human resources, or even a corporate-level HR position.

Education & Experience

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience


• Previous experience in a similar or related position

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Eligible to work in the United States


• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English


• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations


• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
