As a Laundry Supervisor, you’re not just supervising daily laundry and/or uniform operations—you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Supervise day‑to‑day laundry team operations: lead, train, and oversee laundry and uniform team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms. Manage uniform distribution: oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniforms. Oversee linen processing: assign, supervise, and assist with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens while ensuring proper equipment maintenance. Monitor quality and efficiency: track linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs, and reordering as needed. Optimize productivity: assign machinery, equipment, and work areas while maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics.
