Full-time Job Category: Store Assistant Manager Job Description You will lead a Domino’s Pizza location, overseeing daily operations, ensuring cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer service standards. This full-time role requires strong judgment, math skills, multitasking, and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the shift, including cost and inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations. Set an example for the crew and enforce all company policies and procedures. Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and store cleanliness. Drive deliveries and monitor delivery performance (maintain safe driving record, insured vehicle, background check). Maintain marketing materials, profit goals, and brand image. Ensure accurate order entry using computer or touch screen. Handle cash, make correct monetary change, and balance cash drawers. Coordinate with suppliers, maintain inventory, and respond to shortages. Promote team development and job training. Requirements Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. Open availability and ability to pass a background check. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry 12‑pound trays, push or drag equipment, and work mainly in standing positions. Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and stairs. Qualifications Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and telephone. Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately. Good eye‑hand coordination and speed for order preparation. Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with standard equipment and software used at Domino’s. Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
