At Center Field Counseling, you will work in a group practice setting that supports collaboration among professionals. Your role can primarily be executed remotely; however, you will also have access to our outpatient office in Santa Monica for client interactions, team meetings, and training sessions. Our work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, offering standard hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their therapy goals.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy utilizing modalities suited to best practices—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—ensuring that therapy aligns with each client’s unique circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists to provide comprehensive care and ensure continuity of services, especially during pivotal transitions in patients’ lives.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation reflecting compliance with state guidelines and ethical practices, ensuring accuracy in client records.

• Engage in team consultations and ongoing training opportunities to continuously enhance clinical skills and share best practices with colleagues.
