Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each client.

• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, while adapting approaches based on ongoing assessments and feedback from clients.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records compliant with HIPAA and related regulations, ensuring that you uphold our organization's standard of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
