Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist at Bon Ridge Wellness, you will serve a diverse range of clients including adults, adolescents, and children dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing clinical assessments and therapy services across the lifespan.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
