Principal Project Manager

Leading enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time Principal Project Manager will own the transformation roadmap, establish governance frameworks, and align stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic programs in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Own the enterprise transformation roadmap, converting leadership priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones and owners Establish governance for initiatives, ensuring accountability and documented transitions into business-as-usual operations Lead cross-functional initiatives and prepare recommendations for executive audiences to drive decision-making and commitment Required Qualifications: Significant experience in leading enterprise transformation or change management programs in large, multi-geography organizations Proven ability to turn executive priorities into sequenced delivery plans with measurable outcomes Demonstrated experience in establishing governance for cross-functional portfolios Experience supporting post-merger integration or similar organizational change initiatives Strong background in business strategy, process improvement, and executive-level stakeholder alignment
