Technical Support Analyst
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for an onsite opportunity in Columbia, SC. The candidate will provide frontline technical support to end users, resolving basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications of the Technical Support Analyst:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role (not customer service only)
- Basic troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
- Detail-oriented with the ability to document issues and resolutions
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Technical Support Analyst:
- Exposure to Citrix or VPN support
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Outlook and Teams
- Experience using a ticketing system
Responsibilities of the Technical Support Analyst:
- Respond to and resolve user support requests
- Troubleshoot system access, application, and connectivity issues
- Document incidents and solutions
- Escalate more complex issues as needed
- Provide clear and friendly communication to end users
Location: Onsite in Columbia, SC; This hours for this role are between 6:30 am – 6:30 pm. Compensation / Benefits: Full-Time Employment with SYSTEMTEC means competitive compensation, access to health, dental, disability, and life coverage, and 401(k) with match.
