JOB OVERVIEW:
· The Division of Community Health Services (CHS) is seeking a Dental Public Health Office Assistant. CHS provides public health, primary care, and dental services in local health departments throughout the state.
· The Dental Public Health Office Assistant performs clerical tasks in the health department dental clinic(s). These tasks include patient registration, scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, patient reminder and follow-up calls, referral coordination and other duties as assigned.
· Applicants should be customer focused, self-motivated, team oriented, and willing to travel as needed, throughout the region.
