Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for one or more large, complex task orders affecting a shared system or mission scope.
• Assist the Program Manager in coordination and collaboration with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Task Order-level Managers, and customer agency stakeholders.
• Manage the planning, scheduling, and technical execution of task order deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Maintain oversight of daily task order operations and personnel, ensuring compliance with contract terms, security requirements, and performance objectives.
• Under the direction of the Program Manager, lead the overall execution of technical solutions aligned with Government expectations.
• Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding, maintain training compliance, and support task order-level reporting obligations.
• Support the creation and execution of project schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and deliverable tracking.
• Lead status meetings, In-Process Reviews (IPRs), and interface with stakeholders for performance updates and strategic alignment.
• Ensure the submission of quality documentation, timely reporting, and accurate coordination of all required government deliverables.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing task orders or projects in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility in public and/or private sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with Government officials, contract stakeholders, and diverse technical teams.

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized Project Management certification.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.

Education

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) required.
• Four (4) additional years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Clearance

• Must possess an IT-II level security clearance or have an active National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
