- Supervising and actively participating in day-to-day production operations
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring your team
- Keeping the operation running safely and efficiently
- Primarily working outdoors
- Communicating with your team, vendors, customers, and leadership
- Using computer systems to manage production tasks and reporting
