Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Company & Position Overview Join a top manufacturing company who is looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Lead, train, and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Monitor workflow, manage schedules, and coordinate with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines. Troubleshoot equipment or process issues, working with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records and reports, including production metrics, shift handovers, and incident documentation.
