POSITION SUMMARY A business intelligence (BI) manager oversees a team that transforms raw data into actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making within an organization. Their responsibilities include leading the development of data-driven strategies, designing and maintaining data models and dashboards, managing BI tools and technology, and ensuring data quality. They collaborate with stakeholders, interpret complex data sets, present findings, and foster a culture of data literacy to improve business performance and efficiency. This is a remote position, and worker location must be within Unio Health Partners authorized states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, IL, IA, NV, NM, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA and WI. What you will be doing Contribute to the ongoing implementation of the organization's business intelligence strategy Oversee the transformation of raw data into meaningful information through data modeling, data mining, and visualization, creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the organization and resolve any data quality issues. Manage, mentor and provide guidance to the BI team Partner with different departments and stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements. Present data findings, interpretations, and strategic recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
