What You’ll Do As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for: Contacting customers regarding past‑due accounts via phone and email to secure payment and negotiate payment plans. Following up on outstanding balances to ensure timely resolution. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system. Resolving billing discrepancies and answering customer inquiries professionally and promptly. Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly collection targets to support team goals. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations to ensure ethical work practices. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve account issues and suggest process improvements for efficiency. What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills, including negotiation and active listening. Problem‑solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience in collections, call centers, or customer service preferred. Ability to manage high call volumes in a fast‑paced environment.
