Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying potential healthcare candidates using our advanced platform along with your network
• Initiating contact with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinating meetings between candidates and our recruitment team for in-depth evaluations
• Nurturing leads to sustain enthusiasm and assist throughout the hiring process
• Keeping precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

Compensation Structure:

This is a commission-only position focused on performance. This means no limit on your earning potential and endless possibilities for success. You'll generate earnings based on the real value you provide:

• Commissions for every qualified meeting you set up
• Additional pay for interviews resulting from your outreach

• Bonus commissions on placements resulting from your leads
