Your responsibilities include utilizing our cutting-edge platform in tandem with your connections to source promising healthcare candidates, engaging potential candidates through outreach to introduce exciting opportunities and gauge their interests, scheduling appointments for in-depth discussions between candidates and our experienced recruiters, providing follow-up to leads to foster interest through the hiring journey, keeping accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews that follow, and successful hires from your leads.

Qualifications for success include exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, a proactive mindset, a passion for outreach, connection, and assisting individuals in advancing their careers, and no experience in recruiting? This role is purely commission-driven, enabling unlimited earning potential tied directly to the value you create! You earn commissions for each substantial meeting you schedule, additional pay when your candidates progress to interviews, earn commissions on new business brought in, acquire bonus commissions for successful placements stemming from your outreach, and opportunities to earn beyond base commission through performance metrics (e.g., retention bonuses).
