About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's mission to revolutionize workforce management through AI. This role is pivotal in leading and executing strategic initiatives across various business functions, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, and will involve close collaboration with the founders. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in a Chief of Staff or similar operations role, and at least 2 years' experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Responsibilities include overseeing HR activities (excluding recruiting), leading day-to-day financial workflows, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office and workplace.
