Detail Technician

Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detail Technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Detail Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our vehicles to ensure the highest standards of presentation for our customers.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces.
Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic issues and report any damage or maintenance needs.
Maintain detailing equipment and supplies in good working order.
Follow all safety procedures and policies while handling cleaning chemicals and tools.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery to customers.
Ensure all detailing work meets the dealerships quality standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
