Whether it’s finding the right tool, answering a question, or helping someone finish a project, you’ll be part of the reason customers trust our store and come back. You don’t need prior hardware experience—but you should be curious, hands-on, and willing to learn. We’ll teach you what you need to know , but you should enjoy becoming the kind of person others rely on for answers. No two days are the same, and there’s always something new to learn .
