Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative / Phone Closer, you will work with company-generated leads and customer inquiries to close sales and schedule services.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow up with warm leads generated by the sales and marketing teams
- Make high-volume calls
- Contact homeowners who previously requested service or consultations
- Build rapport with customers and identify their HVAC or home service needs
- Present service options and convert opportunities into closed sales
- Re-engage prior leads and rehash opportunities that did not previously convert
- Maintain high call volume while delivering excellent customer service
- Track customer interactions and sales activity within company systems
- Meet or exceed conversion and revenue targets
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to close sales in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
Qualifications
What You Need:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to close sales over the phone
- High energy, confidence, and strong persuasion skills
- Previous inside sales, phone sales, or rehash sales experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
