Flexible schedule: 4-day workweek with supportive team coverage and call rotation Competitive hourly pay: $498.86/hour Facility opening in September 2026 with ongoing contract through early 2027 Convenient Lewisburg location in Pennsylvania with modern facilities Opportunities to make a meaningful impact in a community hospital setting Quick Facts Location: 1 Hospital Drive, Lewisburg, PA 17837 Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date: 01/11/2027 Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (plus 1:2 weeknight and weekend call, 60/40 split) Hours/Week: Full-time (Monday-Friday) Employment Type: Contract (through March 2027) Licenses/Certifications: PA Medical License or IMLC LOQ, Board Certified or Eligible in Oncology, DEA needed Experience: Previous oncology/hematology experience preferred, minimum 2 years suggested Pay & Benefits Hourly rate: $498.86 Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated team support during your assignment What You’ll Do Provide adult hematology and oncology care in a community-based clinic setting Support hospital consults for inpatient cases when necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, including nurses, support staff, and other physicians Follow established protocols using EPIC EMR system Participate in patient rounds, assessments, and treatment planning Contribute to the growth of a new practice by delivering high-quality care What You Need Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand or in process DEA registration At least 2 years of experience in oncology/hematology preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This position is based in a brand-new outpatient hematology/oncology practice inside a well-equipped hospital in Lewisburg, PA.
