Event Crew – Tent Installation (May to October)

Location: Boise / Treasure Valley + Travel
Pay: $16 to $18/hr starting, with opportunities to earn more based on performance

We’re hiring seasonal crew members to install tents and event equipment for weddings, festivals, and corporate events across Idaho.

This is physical, team-based outdoor work — not a desk job

What You Will Do

• Set up and take down tents, flooring, and event equipment
• Load/unload trucks
• Work outdoors with a crew
• Travel to job sites (Treasure Valley + McCall, Sun Valley, Twin Falls, etc.)

Schedule

• Typical start time: 8:00am
• Some earlier days depending on the job
• Long, active workdays during peak season

You Are a Good Fit If You

• Show up on time, every time
• Like physical work and staying active
• Work well with a team
• Don’t mind long days or occasional travel

Requirements

• Lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
• Work outdoors in summer conditions
• Valid driver’s license (some roles drive)
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend availability

*This is a full-time, seasonal position that will run from April 27th through October 31st. There is potential for some employees to progress to full-time, year round employees should they demonstrate superior performance to their peers. Please ask your hiring manager for more details.
