(USA) Member Specialist

Position Summary The role involves front‑line member service, merchandising, security, safety, and training responsibilities during store operations. What You'll Do Provide member service, verify membership, resolve issues, and promote Sam's Club products and services. Assist members with purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges, managing different payment types. Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas, ensuring a safe and organized shopping environment. Identify and report unsafe situations, accidents, or potential theft to management. Zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise, and locate products for members. Execute emergency response procedures and support security protocols. Maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation for all transactions. Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes, new technologies, and programs. Continuously improve services by recommending process improvements and addressing feedback. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register). Experience with mobile retail applications. Preferred Qualifications Prior front‑line service experience.
