Production Technician I

Our client, a leading OEM integration company, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing team supporting Production Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician I

Location: Plano, TX

Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00.hr (higher for qualified candidates with Rack/Stack Technician experience)

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Install and configure operating systems across various hardware platforms.
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot computer hardware and system components.
• Perform inspections, diagnostic testing, and quality checks on finished products.
• Identify defective hardware and document production activities according to company procedures.
• Work from SOPs and build documentation to meet production schedules and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• 1+ years of experience working with computer hardware, electronics, manufacturing, or technical assembly.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and follow detailed written instructions.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, or other operating systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment.
