Set up dining room tables. Take tableside food orders and deliver to residents in an organized, timely and courteous manner. When appropriate, offer available options to exceed resident expectations. Ensure that all bistro/bar areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner and in compliance with established infection control procedures. Including proper work attire and following proper grooming and hygiene principles. Deliver food carts to designated places and ensure carts are returned to kitchen. Collect and remove trash and garbage to designated containers. Clean work areas, dining room and bar/bistro, equipment. Wash bar glasses using approved procedures.
