We believe that how we serve is just as important as what we deliver. About the Role This position is Full-time, 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. No Weekends. This position is a hybrid work schedule with 2 days work from home and 3 days working in the office. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Process vendor invoices accurately and timely Work directly with other departments on invoice approvals and discrepancies Review and reconcile vendor statements Maintain vendor relationships and address concerns promptly Perform additional projects as assigned YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE Minimum of one to two years of experience in accounts payable or handling other accounting responsibilities High school diploma or equivalent Advanced PC skills with Basic Excel skills Strong organizational skills with ability to find errors Self-starter who presents a professional image and attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal relationship and office/customer teamwork skills Strong ethical and moral beliefs to uphold company values.
