The Cardiac Anesthesiologist role requires working in a collaborative care team environment alongside other anesthesia professionals to provide exceptional care for the patients we serve. Local Team Collaboration:
- We take pride in developing strong collaborative teams. At St. Joseph Hospital, our Cardiac team will be comprised of an Anesthesiologist, who will work together to deliver exceptional care.
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
- Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.
- Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.
- Board certified/eligible.
- Cardiac Fellowship trained.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- We offer various flexible scheduling options, including W2 or 1099.
- A full-time CV anesthesiologist's workload consists of:
- Week 1: Daytime OR cases (Monday - Friday)
- Week 2: Daytime OR cases (Monday through Friday) + home pager call (nights and weekends)
- Week 3: No clinical obligations

- Provide anesthesia services for a variety of complex cardiac procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, arrhythmia surgeries, and other cardiac interventions.
- Work closely with a high-performing cardiac surgery team that works together to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

- Annual compensation between $550k - $585k
- W2 & 1099 options available
