Pay: $18.75/hr
Schedule: MondayFriday, 3:00 PM11:30 PM

Were hiring motivated Production Associates/Machine Operators for our 2nd shift team. Youll help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, performing quality checks, packaging products, and keeping your work area organized. What Youll Do
* Assist with daily production tasks including inspection, packaging, and material handling
* Operate machinery safely and follow all established procedures
* Wrap, stack, label, and prepare products for shipment
* Use pallet jacks and side-wrappers to move product
* Keep your work area clean and organized
* Operate recycling equipment (pre-breakers, re-grinders) for EPS materials
* Follow all safety and quality guidelines
* Maintain reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
* Take on other duties as needed
What Were Looking For
* High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
* Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required we will train
* Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions
* Basic math skills and ability to use simple measuring tools
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the shift
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
* Comfortable working around machines and changing temperatures
