Recycling Equipment Corporation (REC), an established and growing industrial recycling equipment dealer, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.

This position involves working with existing customers, responding to incoming sales opportunities, and developing new business through telephone, email, and online communication. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to manage multiple quotations and sales opportunities with consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell REC equipment, parts, and services to existing and prospective customers
• Respond to incoming telephone, email, and website inquiries
• Prospect and contact potential customers to develop new sales opportunities
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and sales information
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with sales, service, parts, and accounting personnel as needed
• Follow sales opportunities through completion
• Help achieve individual and company sales goals

Qualifications

• Comfortable with telephone sales, customer service, and business-to-business communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish rapport and develop relationships with customers
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple open opportunities
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-driven
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, internet research, and data entry

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in inside sales, industrial equipment sales, parts sales, or a related field
• Experience with CRM or accounting software
• Familiarity with Sage 50, ACT!, or similar business software
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with industrial, recycling, waste-handling, or material-handling equipment
