Cement Truck, Mixer DriverAustin Bridge & Road is currently seeking Cement Truck, Mixer Driver (Mesquite, TX) - Austin Bridge & Road We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily equipment maintenance and inspectionsOperate equipment in a safe and efficient mannerParticipate as a vital team member, contributing towards Austin's successAttend daily safety meetingsFollow safety policies and proceduresWork hours adjusted to meet the project's needs; days, nights and weekendsAble to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperaturesOther duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:Need to have a least (12 Mos) relevant driving experience in the construction industryMust have a strong commitment to jobsite safetyThorough operational knowledge and skills of trucks and related equipment to be operated that include, but are not limited to: End dump, Belly dump, Tandem, Flow boy or Super dump experience.Must be Experienced with Off highway driving in construction Sites.Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. TXDOT physical.Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook as well as the state and federal requirements.Must maintain current State issued Class A /or B driver's license.Know and adhere to DOT rules and regulations.MVR Record Must meet Company, and DOT StandardsMust be familiar with securing heavy and/ or oversized loadsApplicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
